DOI: https://doi.org/10.22942/mg.2020.20.1.068 의료기공(구 대한의료기공학회지)에 실린 임상논문의 경향 분석 나삼식*, 정재훈*, 안훈모* * : 대한의료기공학회 [Abstract] A Trend Analysis of Clinical Studies of Medical Gigong (formerly Journal of the Korean Academy of Medical Gi-Gong) Sam Sik Na*, Jae Hun Jeong*, Hun Mo Ahn* * : The Member of the Korean Academy of Medical Gi-Gong Objective : The purpose of this study is to suggest the evidence of traditional Korean medicine by analyzing the clinical research trends of the Korean Academy of Medical Gi-Gong and to use it as reference data for future clinical studies. Methods : The clinical studies published in the Journal of the Korean Academy of Medical Gi-Gong from 2011 to 2019 were reviewed and the study design, yearly trends, patient's disease, therapeutic intervention, and outcome measure were analyzed. Results : Of the 24 clinical studies, there are 13 Case Reports, 9 Case Series Researches, and 2 Case-Control Studies. In terms of disease group, Musculoskeletal Diseases and female Diseases were the most common, followed by neurological Diseases, dermatological Diseases, and rare Diseases. In terms of treatment methods, acupuncture, herbal medicine, and Sugi therapy were mainly used. And cupping, thermotherapy, and Korean medical exercise therapy were used as a supplement. As an evaluation tool, clinical symptom change was the most common, followed by DITI, VAS, survey, and X-ray. In most reports, Korean medical treatment has been effective in treating diseases. [목차] Ⅰ. 緖論 Ⅱ. 硏究 對象 및 方法 1. 연구 대상 2. 연구 선택 및 제외 기준 3. 데이터 추출 Ⅲ. 本論 및 結果 1. 임상논문 소개 2. 분석 결과 1) 연구 형태별, 연도별 분류 2) 연구대상 질환 3) 치료 방법의 종류 4) 임상논문의 대상 질환과 평가도구 Ⅳ. 考察 Ⅴ. 結論 Ⅳ. 參考文獻 [서론] 한의학 연구에서 근거중심의학은 큰 흐름을 형성하여 근거에 기반한 환자치료의 표준화와 보편화에 대한 요구가 지속되고 있다. 또한 2016년부터 추진 중인 3차 한의약육성발전종합계획에서는 한의 보장성 강화와 한의 의료 표준화를 목표로 30개 질병에 대한 한의표준임상진료지침을 개발하도록 하였다주 ) 이에 따라 한국한의약진흥원이 설치되어 임상진료지침을 개발하고 그 바탕이 되는 임상연구가 체계적으로 진행되고 있으며주 ). 한의학회와 제반 한의학 학회에서도 임상연구를 체계적으로 분석하고 보다 활용도를 높이기 위한 여러 연구를 시행하고 있다[1-5]. 대한의료기공학회는 1994년 설립되어 대한한의학회 정회원으로 등록되었으며 학술지인 의료기공(구 대한의료기공학회지)를 1996년 창간호를 시작으로 2019년 19권 1호까지 발행하였다. 대한의료기공학회의 회원들은 대부분 임상의로서 지역사회에서 활동하는 한편으로 자신의 임상경험을 공유하고 한의학의 기틀을 다지고자 임상논문을 꾸준히 발표해왔다. 기존의 연구를 살펴보면 대한의료기공학회의 논문을 전수 조사하여 경향을 분석한 논문은 있었으나[6] 임상논문에 집중하여 경향을 분석한 연구는 없었다. 이번 연구에서는 비교적 최근인 2011년부터 2019년까지 대한의료기공학회에서 발표한 임상논문을 정리하고 경향을 분석하여 그 특성을 추출하고 앞으로 임상 연구를 보다 효과적으로 수행하기 위한 기초자료로 활용하고자 한다. 덧말
